Hi, ich verstehe deine Frage nicht so ganz… kannst du ein Beispiel geben oder einen Screenshot beifügen?

Z.b. dass es in der Ratenverwaltung nicht die Möglichkeit gibt eine bestehende Rate zu kopieren.

Wir sind ein Messehotel und haben teilweise Messe Stornofristen.
Heißt die Eigenschaften bis auf Stornofrist sind bei allen Raten gleich. Dennoch muss ich jede Rate einzeln anlegen.

Ja, diesen Frust kennen wir leider nur allzu gut… da haben wir auch viele Gespräche mit Mews geführt, die aber zu nichts geführt haben. Deren Einstellung ist, dass man nur mit 2 Raten arbeiten soll: Flexible Rate und Nicht-Erstattbare Rate. Da es uns zu viel Arbeit war, die diversen Raten mit ihren unterschiedlichen Stornobedingungen jedes mal - wie Sie- neu einzupflegen, sind wir dazu übergegangen, auch tatsächlich nur mit den o.g Raten zu arbeiten. War gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber es funktioniert. Nach wie vor hätten wir es gerne anders, aber solange Mews diesen Umstand nicht ernst genug nimmt, um diesen zu ändern, arbeiten wir so…. Gruß

Bitte ernst nehmen - es gibt genügend Hotels die mit mehr als zwei Raten arbeiten.

Unfortunately my German is not too great, so please allow me to respond in English. 

We are aware of the valid need of this feature. We see properties setting up many rates, and I understand that being able to copy the rate would be an enhancement to setting up rates within Mews.

Short term however, we are not planning on working on this specific improvement in the coming months, as we are working on other pressing (and very exiting!) features, that we believe will deliver an amazing value. 

Long term, we are taking your requests extremely seriously and we did not forget about the need of being able to copy a rate and we do see value in this. Please feel free to upvote the following feature request: https://feedback.mews.com/forums/918232-mews-operations-pms/suggestions/36659665-copy-rate for me to keep track on the need and feel free to leave any comments there.

Good morning, thanks for your reply. It is always “interesting” to see how developers think they know what is more pressing and valuable to - in this case- the hotelier then listening to the hotelier…. Mews has many features that really make our life “harder” and instead of having the feeling that “you guys” are supporting us we feel rather the opposite and frankly quite frustrated. Best, Sandra

I absolutely agree with you!!!! For the developers, the layout of Mews and unimportant makeovers seem to be more important than the really important improvements….

Ja, das hatten wir auch. Leider hatten wir an den für uns wichtigen Punkten keine Weiterentwicklung gesehen. Unter anderem auch die Bezahlung per PayPal, die für uns in Deutschland so wichtig ist. Wir haben drei Jahre gewartet, drei Jahre das System genutzt, sollten jetzt mehr als den dreifachen Preis bezahlen und haben Mews verlassen.

Schönere Gestaltung, die ohnehin gute Usability noch zu verändern, ist wahrscheinlich für Mews wirklich wichtiger, als auf die Dinge einzugehen, die wir an, wenn dann wünschen. Das Kopieren von Raten und mehr Übersicht bei der Verwaltung von Einschränkungen/Restriktionen… Es gibt hier viele Beispiele, was wichtig gewesen wäre.
