So, here’s a recap of things we’ve achieved through this community in 1 year :
- Increased visibility and accessibility of beta programs for you to access pre-release features.
- We’ve connected you to our Product Team through this forum to share your feedback and ask questions
- Created some inspiring discussions among you around best practice. A couple of my faves are Modern Lobbies with the Help of Tech; Best practices for selling packages via Booking.com or Siteminder
- Our product roadmap webinars have made a come back and we promote this through this community. If you have any feedback around how we deliver these sessions to you, please let us know here.
- We’ve set up several new groups in the community to make connecting with customers similar to you easier. We have more coming in the next couple of months.
- Answered 240 questions! This part alone helps other customers find answers more quickly and enables our support function to work more efficiently. And, if you have 2 minutes, take a look at questions from others that you might have an answer to.
