How to Link Additional Products to a Reservation in Mews Operations
(Note: This feature is available for properties in North America)


You can easily link products like orders, service charges, and custom items to a reservation. This helps improve financial tracking, guest experience, and reporting by ensuring all charges are tied to the correct reservation.
Quick Steps:

  1. Search for the customer in Mews Operations.
  2. Go to the Billing tab and select the reservation bill.
  3. Click Add Product and choose from the available options.
  4. Adjust the details (quantity, amount, date, etc.).
  5. Click Save to finalize.
