Flexibility and long-stay bookings are not two things you usually hear in the same sentence. 

Until now, our monthly services were limited to only full-month bookings, resulting in more work for your team and less flexible billing for guests. But we’ve got great news for those of you looking for a smoother, simpler way to manage long-stay reservations.   

We're rolling out a feature that lets your long-stay guests book for just the amount of time they need, down to the day. Forget manually calculating pro-rated charges for those odd-length stays – our new functionality will save your team time and provide more precise billing for your guests.

  • Simplified bookings: Automatically calculated, pro-rated prices mean no more manual adjustments for partial months. Your team can focus on what matters, reducing workload and stress. 

  • Transparent billing: Guests appreciate clarity. Paying only for the time they stay builds trust and satisfaction, making them happy campers (and likely repeat visitors). 

  • Optimized space management: Free up and sell your spaces more efficiently. With the updated Availability and Occupancy report, you'll get a real-time view of your occupancy, making it easier to maximize your space and offer more flexibility. 

Don’t worry – this doesn’t impact existing reservations unless you manually change reservation details, such as the start or end date, in which case the new price applies. 

To use it, simply activate the "Proportional charging of partial months" option for your monthly services and associated products, then sit back and relax. Mews will automatically apply a pro-rated price for new reservations.
