As we continue to explore what further enhancements we can do with Mews, i am keen to hear what custom integrations you have created and what value they add to your operations.
For instance, you may have integrated Mews PMS with a CRM system to manage guest information and preferences more effectively or perhaps you've linked it to a facility management system to streamline room status updates and maintenance requests.
We've built a membership system utilising Mulesoft which syncs records with Salesforce creating an enterprise level view of members documenting their reservations/spend/habits/preferences across the group.
We've utilised Zapier to automate a number of tasks:

Importing of reservations balances

Send SMS's based on check-in/check-out dates & times

Notify partners of reservations, for services such as transfers & tours

Creating agency vouchers for reservations made when a TA contract is applied

Apply auto restrictions closeouts at certain times, for recpetions that close at a certain time

Scrape emails & PDF's to create reservations.
