We are an independent hotel hunting for a Reputation Management / Survey System

I’ve started a bit of research - and would love to have this be a conversation.

At the end of the day, they are indeed all similar so I think what it comes down to is UX. What do you want in a dashboard and reporting? How easy is it to look for keywords? trends in both positive and negative feedback. We use Guestrevue and have been quite pleased with its performance and reporting.

Thats all I can really say about it.

We use TrustYou, we are happy with both the review management, post stay surveys and we also utilise their API to populate our own custom dashboard.

As Dan mentioned, the features are all very similar and  it comes down to your personal preference / commercial negotiations.

  • Only one with 2-way MEWS integration 
  • month-to-month contract (easy to change)

I am super curious as to your custom dashboard!?!

Here is a sneak peak, I've blanked out the actual stats, but you get the idea. 

 

This Dashboard breaks down the OTA reviews by stars 1 - 5, then records the response rates vs reviews. 
 


We also have the following dashboards which combine a OTA review data & Survey data.

  • Net promoter score
  • Comments
  • Survey Counts
