At the end of the day, they are indeed all similar so I think what it comes down to is UX. What do you want in a dashboard and reporting? How easy is it to look for keywords? trends in both positive and negative feedback. We use Guestrevue and have been quite pleased with its performance and reporting.

We use TrustYou, we are happy with both the review management, post stay surveys and we also utilise their API to populate our own custom dashboard.
As Dan mentioned, the features are all very similar and it comes down to your personal preference / commercial negotiations.

Here is a sneak peak, I've blanked out the actual stats, but you get the idea.
This Dashboard breaks down the OTA reviews by stars 1 - 5, then records the response rates vs reviews.
We also have the following dashboards which combine a OTA review data & Survey data.
