You just graduated from the training center and you are now ready to compete!

We will provide you with a refresher of the basics that will accompany you throughout your career. Just like a sprinter who focuses on the finish line, you will need to focus on what is essential and keep key resources at arm's length.  

The Mews Help Center will be your best friend if you have any doubts. In order to get the answers to your questions, it is important to use the Mews vocabulary. For example, we refer to rooms as spaces at Mews, or allotments as availability blocks.  

As a little welcome gift, here is your sports bag that aggregates most essential resources, to kickstart your journey alongside Mews.  

Did you find an answer to your question, but cannot see the elements that you are looking for in your Mews environment? It is likely that you do not have the necessary permissions in Mews. Ask your supervisor and they will be able to upgrade your Mews profile.  

It is essential to understand how Mews works. Once your user profile is created, you will have access to Mews University, an online learning platform. Take your time to follow the courses that are applicable to your role, and you will be on the right tracks!  

If, after checking all these resources, you still cannot find the answer to your question, the Mews Digital Assistant is here to assist you to resolve errors, to provide general information, step-by-step instructions, and much more! You can also use the Mews Digital Assistant to create and send a case to the Mews Support team.
