I'm looking around for the best solution for the ID scanner. According to the statement for our setup manager, all data relevant for the country should be transferred with the Mews scanner. Now I have made some tests and e.g. no address is transferred for the German ID.
Are there any recommendations for external scanners?

The ID scanner in Kiosk will extract data from the ID and populate the registration card with the data available based on the legal environmental requirements.
There is an exception where the address is not being extracted if it's already present.
Please feel free to send an example when it did not work as expected to [email protected] .

Hallo an alle, wir haben das selbe Problem. Die Adresse der Gäste wird aus dem deutschen Personalausweis nicht ausgelesen und muss manuell hinzugefügt werden.
Uns ist ebenso aufgefallen, dass verschiedene Online check in Formulare automatisch versendet werden. Manche Gäste werden dazu aufgefordert, ihre Personalausweisnummer einzutragen, andere nicht.
Wie lösen wir diese Probleme ?
