At the moment we use {ReservationdetailsHTML} that has a slightly better alignment in my opinion.
Can you check, if {ReservationdetailsHTML} delivers the REQUESTED room category or the room category where the guest is actually booked in ? you know, sometime you move guests in a better category, because the requested category is full. In my case, {ReservationdetailsHTML} confirms the higher category to the guest, which I don’t want. sometimes waiting for cancellations to move him back to his requested category to sell the higher category to a higher rate…. I hope, I could explain my question well enough……
Also: I would like to print the stored guests company addres in the confirmation, so the quest can validate or chage it. I spend too much time in correcting invoice addresses….

Hello Carsten,
The {ReservationdetailsHTML}
currently displays the allocated Space Category, not the requested one.
To proceed, you may need to:
-
Overbook the space category you want to appear on the confirmation.
-
Send the confirmation to the guest.
-
Reassign the reservation afterward, if necessary.
Regarding the company address, there is no placeholder currently available. However, generating a bill preview or pro-forma invoice might serve your needs in the meantime.

I am definitely excited to see the editor in action-- We are a small property, and our HTML/CSS knowledge is limited to one personnel: me! I am definitely pleased with the placeholders available through MEWS, but I would love some more dynamic buttons (such as adding items to reservations) and other things… Can’t wait to see what’s next!
