Good morning, we would like the credit card to be needed in order to make a reservation through our Mews booking engine. Credit card either as a guarantee (standard rate) or charged (if non refundable rate) Ìs there an option ? thanks

Thank you for your question!
Yes, this is possible, and you can configure it in your Booking Engine settings (Main menu→ Services → Stay→ Booking engine). If you choose “Always required” under “Payment card input”, the credit card will be always required and will be charged as per your rate groups settings.
