We have not implemented a chat bot, though we have looked at a few.
HiJiffy is a chatbot solution dedicated to our industry. It has a Mews integration with a great booking assistant which can push the potential guest into the Mews booking engine at the right dates / rooms.
Worth a look for sure.
Have you looked at any providers?

We have used Quicktext pre-corona… stopped as we were shut for almost 2 years. New website on the horizon so looking at my options.
