Before Start email - Changes to Mews Auto emails

Hi,
We’ve noted that the Before Start email has disappeared from the MEWS emails?  We can’t see anything in MEWS updates about this and its still showing as an email in the Knowledge Base, so just to ask is this an update?  Many thanks

Yes, they changed it without telling us officially… :-/
 

It’s now called “Online check-in”

 

I liked the previous name better, but I guess it better fits the current usecase.

However, we now (and neverer had) miss a before arrival mail for same day Post 2 pm bookings … just that you know.
