  4. Edit Your PIN Settings: Within the "Security" section, scroll down until you find "Unlock with PIN." Hit that "Edit" button, and you're on your way.

  5. Follow the Breadcrumbs: The on-screen instructions will guide you through the process. You might be asked for your current password and then prompted to choose a new PIN. Make it something easy to remember but hard for others to guess.

  6. Enable the PIN: After you've picked your new PIN and followed the steps, you'll see an option to enable it. Click on "Enable unlock with PIN," and you're all set.

hi @MarketaOupi on this topic of security.. when will two-factor authentication be enforced on personal level? we are facing the challenge that we want to enforce this for SOME employees, not all - and that’s not an option at this stage, as colleagues can turn off this functionality for themselves

we tested this and found quick enough that receptionists turned it off as it was ‘inconvenient’ for them..

or alternatively, as IT admin we should be able to define from what ip addresses the login should be approved - in order to avoid malicious logins. 

Basically i am looking for a way to 1) ensure colleagues who are off duty have no access to improve their quality of time (we strongly believe that when you are off duty, nobody should even consider calling you) and 2) increase security as in normal circumstances (outages obviously call for exceptions) the receptionist should only be able to login from the hotels’ internet connection.
