Hey Mews Community,

Have you heard? Our partners at Lighthouse have just launched a cool new update to their Pricing Manager, and they're offering a special two-week trial exclusively for us. ✨

What's Pricing Manager?

It's a tool that helps you get the most out of your room rates. It looks at things like your occupancy, what your competitors are charging, and even local events to suggest the best possible price for your rooms – and it does this every hour of every day for the next year. Plus, it's super easy to use and understand.

Here's what Pricing Manager does:

  • Finds the right price: It gives you price recommendations that are tailored specifically to your hotel and your market.

  • Gets you more bookings: By suggesting the right price at the right time, you're more likely to win over potential guests.

  • Keeps you in control: The recommendations are easy to understand, and you can even adjust settings to fine-tune your pricing strategy.

  • Saves you time: You get a full year's worth of pricing suggestions in a simple calendar view, so you can focus on other things.

Want to give it a try?

The trial is completely free to you for two weeks, and there’s no credit card required. To learn more about Pricing Manager and Lighthouse, you can check out their one-pager or watch this short video

Hello!

We started with Pricing Manager back in spring this year! I can really recommend checking it out! It’s a great tool!

However, at the moment they can only map one rate to MEWS for rate updates. Thus, if you need to have two or more independent reference rates (for example, to setup occupancy based pricing with breakfast and without breakfast) to derive your other rates in MEWS (like prepaid/semi-flex/flex), you cannot automatically (or with just one click) update both reference rates at the same time, as of now. They have been talking about adding this feature (mapping more than one rate) since spring, but I am not aware of a date / timeline when it will be available. So, go ahead an give it a try - and ask them for the multiple rate mapping feature for updating more than one rate at the same time. Demand to get this feature for the mews integration ;-)

Best regards,

Jean-Philipp.
