Question: Are there plans to create settlement rules that will automate refunds? Use: Automate refund if a guest cancels via guest portal during their free cxl window?
Answer: This is definitely on our radar and a feature we definitely see value in. However, at this point we don't have this planned on the roadmap yet. It would be great to learn more about this once we are ready to pick this up, so please share with us your contact details in a private message, so we can reach out once this becomes relevant.
