Coincidentally, I was talking about this with a colleague (and also very good friend) last Wednesday.
With the Casselbergh® group, we do not (yet) work with a specialised HR software to make schedules, do time recording and so on. At my previous employer, we were one of the first customers of Strobbo (at the time it was called 'Onlinewerkrooster'). Link to Strobbo website: https://strobbo.com/be-nl/

Back then, we gave a lot of tips to the developers to make the programme better and better. For hospitality businesses, I think it is currently one of the best and user-friendly tools on the market. Meanwhile, they have quite large hospitality and retail chains as customers (Burger King, Holiday Inn, Van der Valk, Ibis, Versuz,...).
We are now discussing internally when we would start using Strobbo with the Casselbergh® group to digitise our HR. A link with Mews would be very useful in this. First of all, I am thinking of linking the expected (and afterwards final) turnover per day from Mews to Strobbo. This in function of the automatic calculation of staff costs. No doubt there are other facets that could be part of the Mews-Strobbo link.

The very good friend mentioned above could be a very good contact to know more about Strobbo. He now holds my former position as General Manager of Salons Cortina in Wevelgem (the position I held before I started working for the Casselbergh® group) and before that, he worked for Strobbo himself as a salesman for a few years. So he uses the system on a daily basis, but also sold it to customers himself until a few years from now. I can certainly send you his contact details via private message. He is willing to discuss this topic as an intermediary between the current Strobbo team and your team, with the user experience he has with the programme.

We are in the works with Staff, and have a integration now running to import future revenues for scheduling.

Staff Support (https://staff.nl/) is our e-hrm system where we basically manage our staff members; personnel files, notes and contracts, payslips, attendance records, schedules and leave administration. This system allows us to schedule teams also with (currently in testing phase) our future revenue imported from MEWS. 

This system also pulls the actual revenues from our accounting software on a daily basis allowing us to compare scheduled hours and their productivity with the actuals - helping department heads to understand better what scheduling does with the bottom line, helping them to adapt their daily operations without the need for extensive financial reporting to be produced. 

But, this is nothing to do with recruitment. Perhaps a tiny bit of retention.. Recruitment is done using the ATS from https://hroffice.eu/ where we use e.g. whatsapp to improve reaction speed and keep track of vacancies etc. I'm not sure how MEWS cóuld benefit in this process - keen on finding out!

We are currently evaluating potential e-HRM solutions for the marketplace so it’s very helpful. Would it be possible for you to confirm which accounting software you are using?

We face the problem, that we have maxed out on the number of market place integrations of our Mews license. Actually we do not have a whole lot of different integrations active, but the limit is really low.

Just for clarification, we use e.g.

3 integrations related to revenue management

Now we have reached the limit of 10 integrations. I do not really understand this limit, as Mews keeps adding new ones but due to the limit we cannot connect them.

As we only have 1 location, the multi property version is not a viable option.

Could you please find a way to raise this limit.
