We're excited to introduce a modest yet valuable addition: the "Override Rate Price" permission in Mews.

What's the Override Rate Price Permission? 

It's a simple yet effective feature that lets your team adjust reservation rate prices. We've introduced it to address some of the challenges you've shared with us.

Where Can You Use It? 

This feature is available when creating a new reservation or managing an existing one from the Pricing tab.

Why Does It Matter? 

In the past, there were instances of pricing confusion due to anyone with "Create and Manage Reservation" permission being able to change rate prices. With this new permission, we're giving you the ability to control who can make changes, ensuring pricing accuracy.

Note:

We've already enabled this permission for everyone with "Create and Manage Reservation" access. Just a friendly reminder that those with only this access can still change rate prices when modifying the reservation's space category.
