When a reservation is made for 3 pax in a 2 pax standard room, the costs of the extra bed should be automaticly been added to the reservation. How to install this?

Stay-Rates-syour rate]-Base price adjustment/Adjustment for the price of the adjustment.
For the standard occupancy and extra occupancy of your room you can go into the space categories and adjust these values:

Your advice sounds logical and have set it that way but I can't get it visible when making a reservation and I can't find the cause.
