We stopped gathering the feedback for now and we’ll analyze it in the upcoming weeks. All of you who reached the end of the test provided us with the email address so if we’ll have more questions, we’ll reach out to you directly. Because some of our team members will have vacations, we’ll most likely reach out to you from mid-August if we have any questions.
Once the feedback is analyzed, changes implemented in the design, and we’ll finish the development, you can expect this functionality straight available for everybody

We’d love to hear from you about improving visibility of cancellation & payment policies throughout the reservation process in our PMS.
We want to identify the places in Mews where these policies should be better highlighted to make them more accessible to hotel staff. We've created a design for you to quickly review and rate how valuable each use case is to you.
Do you work with reservations on a daily basis? If the answer is yes, you’re the best candidate to help us out:
- Check out this link and try our Userberry test that’s collecting all your feedback
- Use your desktop browser to go through the test
- Set aside ~5-10 minutes of your time
Please, if the description doesn’t suit you and you want to give us feedback, that’s welcomed! However, it would be best if share the link with your colleagues or employees in your property who specifically work with the bills as collecting feedback from them will be most valuable to us.
