Hello Mews Community, we're putting on our learning hats and seeking some insights about guests’ transportation methods and how that features (if at all) in your interactions with guests
Some questions at the top of our minds:
- How do guests typically get to and from your establishment?
- How often does your front office/guest services team help guests with arranging transportation? For example, a taxi to/from the airport or train station.
- How would a guest make such a request and how does your team help fulfill that request?
- Are there preferred companies you work with to provide transportation services to your guests? For example, you always call on taxi companies A, B, and C for your guests because these companies provide reliable service and charge a fair price.
- Do you have any revenue sharing agreements with preferred transportation partners?
- Are there any incentive programs for Front Office team members when it comes to ordering rides for guests, and if so, what does that look like?
