We are reaching out to kindly invite you to participate in an upcoming User Research Interview. The objective of this interview is to gather feedback on your experience accessing and analysing either Mews payments balance report or payout report. Your insights and feedback are invaluable to us as we strive to enhance our products and services.
Below, you will find the details of the interview:
- Duration: No more than 1 hour (promise!)
- Format: video call via Teams (You don't need to install anything on your computer; we will send you a link once we have scheduled the interview date and provide support if you have any problems accessing it).
- Share your screen: We will ask you to share your screen to show us some things about the report in your day-to-day work.
- Allow Recording: We would like to record the session for internal review purposes only.
