We’d love to hear from you about our upcoming improvements on the billing page, especially from the people who work with the reservations and bills day and night.  

 

We want to find out how to decrease time to move bill items to the company/travel agency bills for large groups. We’ve come up with a design that you can check out, and click through, which will provide us insightful feedback on how we should finalize the solution. 

 

Do you work with reservations and bills? Do you move items from one bill to another? If the answer is yes, you’re the best candidate to help us out:

  • Check out this link and try our Userberry test that’s collecting all your feedback
  • Set aside 5-10 minutes of your time

 

Please, if the description doesn’t suit you and you want to give us feedback, that’s welcomed! However, it would be best if share the link with your colleagues or employees in your property who specifically work with the bills as collecting feedback from them will be most valuable to us. This will help us gather more feedback on scale and prepare a better solution for everybody 🤝

Hi Daniel, I wanted to try out the Userberry test as we have large meeting groups and reservations that we move bills most of the time. but i get an error “ This study is not available” when i click the link you have provided.

We’re relaunching the test as many testers did not find the right path and the test itself wasn’t directing everyone well enough. 

Can you please have a look at the link again and those who were struggling before and didn’t complete it try again? You can use the link in the description or this one to give us feedback on the solution.

There are only slight changes and the test should take ~5-10 minutes. Please, help us out with the right solution to improve how large groups are handled 🙏 If you have your colleagues who work with the bills on daily basis, share the link with them too!
