I am pleased to announce that we are enabling guests to put a charge for their F&B online order to their room.
Currently, when guests place orders through Digital Ordering they can choose to pay immediately with their credit card or to pay later. By empowering guests to take this action themselves, we can speed up the order handling process (guest doesn't need to enter credit card details), thus boosting guest satisfaction.
Simultaneously, we can ease the operational burden on the staff, and enable restaurants to maintain their service quality with fewer staff - an essential advantage in the current labour shortage environment.
