Mews for Salesforce integration

hi @Kseniia Galtsova with WestCord we are using SuperOffice as business CRM; keeping track of (discussion)notes, appointments, contracts etc. Ideally we could connect production and other statistical information to automate the information process 

We are using Experience Hotel as our CRM system. It works perfectly with Mews and we are also able to sale upgrades and sending our emails before and after start. It would be great with better tool in Mews to gather all the information. 

As we are small company we do not have a large sale department so something that is smooth and works would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for sharing @Eric Kröll! I will reach out to you as well, this sounds like a perfect case for what Mews is building. 

We use Hubspot and would LOVE an integration with Mews. Hubspot uses include:

• Guest communication
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Live Chat
• Email Marketing
• Sales/Pipeline Tracking

Ideally, when a customer emails or WhatsApps us in the Hubspot Inbox, we’d know if they’re a guest and, if so, have a link to their profile and past/upcoming activity with us. This would be huge!

One more request - a native integration with Tableau, Salesforce’s business intelligence tool.
