For hoteliers wanting to give guests more autonomy and aiming to reduce front desk interactions, Mews' new guest self-service feature empowers guests to add consumed items to their bill and complete payment directly at the Kiosk during checkout.

Configuration:

1. Product Setup: Configure your products with "During Check Out" promotion in your product settings

1. System Requirements: Ensure your kiosk is on minimum version 4.41.0 and has an associated payment option
2. Kiosk Configuration: The feature will automatically appear for guests during checkout once products are properly configured

User Flow:

1. Guest reviews their current bill on the kiosk
2. System asks if they consumed any items or services during their stay
   • If No: Proceeds with standard payment flow
   • If Yes: Displays available items for selection
3. Guest selects consumed items from the product list
4. System displays updated bill including new charges
5. Guest completes payment for total amount
