We’re excited to invite select Mews customers to join the Expedia Direct Interface Upgrade Beta Program! ✨

This early access initiative is all about making your daily operations smoother by delivering:

  • Improved system stability
  • Faster syncing with Expedia
  • More accurate reporting, particularly for reservation type (leisure vs. business)

The upgrade is designed to be seamless, with no extra configuration or effort required on your part. All you need to do is use the interface as you normally would and let us know if you notice any differences in reservation details, pricing, guest numbers or reporting.

Your insights will directly influence the rollout for the wider Mews community, ensuring the transition is smooth and beneficial for everyone.

 

Who Should Apply? ✅

We’re looking for customers that:

  • Currently use the Expedia Direct interface in Mews
  • Are open to observing and sharing feedback on reservation data, guest details, pricing and reporting
  • Prefer a low-effort, high-impact way to influence the future of Mews connectivity
  • Can participate in the rollout over the next two weeks (timing can be discussed)

No technical expertise or special setup required, just your real-life observations during everyday use.

Hello, i think this is for per day pricing.

Are you looking in to Occupancy Based Pricing-model? We are very interested in this integration in 9 hotels. Thank you! 

Hi ​@Heidimiettinen, thank you raising this question. You’re right this improvement is not an upgrade to the occupancy-based pricing model. The integration will continue to use per day pricing as before.

Our current focus with this upgrade is on improving overall performance and stability of the connection. At this stage, occupancy-based pricing is not being prioritised but we are committed to ongoing improvements based on customer needs and feedback.
