HI, we would love to  be able to set up guest notifications in a profile that pop up when a guest makes a new reservation.. For example after complains or special wishes that we have/ want to adress when the guest arrives next time but has no booking yet. Right now we have the opportunity to set up guest notes, but they will easily be overseen unfortunaltely. Iw ould be happy to explain it in a call if needed.

Maybe display on the reservation profile in case of a returning guest (in one or the other property of the group), which rooms the guest was in, when was his last stay, etc...without having to go through the guest dashboard or generate a report could be convenient to attend the needs more efficiently

Biggest thing for us would be the centralized billing. Our property has traveling guests that would do our locations back to back, it would be amazing if we’d have all guest information already, and see all information regarding this guest on both billing and their profile and preferences for example.

currently we are not using the multi-property feature but I would still love to drop some feedback:

  • It would be lovely to have a drop down field in the guest profile overview (bills, former reservations, etc.) where I can select the hotel (or all hotels) and instantly get the data instead of having to swap around like a maniac.
  • Secondly our biggest issue is duplicates. The way you find duplicates and merge them is really exhausting. In my opinion there needs to be a separate feature where you can compare certain data and merge multiple profiles at the same time. Should be implemented for companies aswell. Happy to have a call regarding this topic
