Efficient billing with linking products to a reservation

Hey community! 🙂

We're excited to invite you to test our latest feature: Linking additional products to a reservation. This new feature aims to ensure that all charges are correctly attributed to a guest's stay.

 

The key benefits include:

  • Accurate Total Cost Calculation: Ensures all products and services are linked to reservations, allowing for precise calculation of the total stay cost, including beyond room nights and breakfast.

  • Streamlined User Journey: We've redesigned the process of adding additional products to make essential fields more accessible.

  • Efficient Billing: Simplifies the management and routing of charges, especially useful for complex bookings involving guests or companies with multiple reservations.

  • Seamless Integration: Allows charges from external systems like POS to be linked directly to reservations. In cases where no reservation is specified, charges default to the active stay at the time of product consumption.

Moreover, this development sets the foundation for a new ledger reporting framework and advanced routing rules.

 

 

How can I get started?

 

Note to North American customers:

  • This feature will be enabled as part of below Beta. Please sign up using link below to have early access to the full ledger reporting solution, including linking payments and products to a reservation.

We did some testings now and have the issue that products that are not available for employees are still beeing displayed and able to be charged on the bill.

Could you please check that ? Those are the 2 products
