Thank you for your patience, I’m happy to share that we’ve completed all the necessary checks and we’re re-enabling this beta program.

unfortunately I can not see the checkbox in Seehotel Töpferhaus when creating a rate group. Could you please enable it?

Hi ​@James.taylor We would love to start using this functionality for all of our properties!

 

Are you planning to move the “Require payment or preauthorization for start” option to the rate groups? Currently an stay service option. This would be a logic development.

Hi ​@Ivo, thank you for commenting here. I believe this is already enabled for your properties from an earlier request in this beta group. Please let me know if you have any issues though. 

Regarding the “Require payment or preauthorization for start” option, I’m not aware of any immediate plan to move this to the rate group level from the service level. Please do raise this in our feedback portal if you haven’t already.

thanks for enabling. 

How is the procedure for Virtual Credit Card or prepaid reservations?  We do not need Credit Card Details for Reservations that do have a vcc as they are already prepaid. Yet we can controll this via Rate/Rate Group level only.

 

Is it planned to add this?

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Currently, we have only made this configurable at the Rate Group level. We have no immediate plans to extend this logic further, although I can appreciate the feedback you’re sharing for recognition of VCC/pre-payment as well.
