As we embark on the new year, we're excited to share details about the ongoing Beta for our improvements to the Deposit flow:
- Deposits will now be consumed on the check-in (instead of the check-out)

The deposit will be reflected on the ledgers from the moment of check-in,
-
Guests will no longer appear as owing money in ledger reports, even if they've prepaid for their stays in full,
-
Early check-out will no longer be blocked for guests!
This improvement not only benefits guests but also enhances efficiency for Front Desk and Accounting roles.

The Beta testing phase will run throughout January to allow for month-end close, with the official release planned for early February.
