I come with gifts!Ā šŸŽ First some minor improvements:

  • Smart Tips now are saved and not regenerated every time. Meaning it will stay consistent - unless new source data is added (e.g. when new notes are added, smart tips get re-generated)
  • Sometimes there's nothing to say, so we also say nothing - there's a "there's nothing to note here" message when there's no source content to summarize. Groundbreaking, I know.Ā šŸ˜‰

As you may have noticedĀ šŸ‘€ the Smart Tips are now showing on the reservation details drawer which puts them in a much more likely place to be noticed - making sure your team does not miss on those golden opportunities to take special care of your guests.

ACTION REQUIRED: please comment on this thread what your thoughts are on this new placement.
We want to make sure it's useful for the majority of users before we roll it out for everyone, as the real estate is limited.

This is great!
I like that its not just sits in the drawer of Timeline but in the reservation overview as well.

IF there is a group reservation where I am the booker. There is not necessary to show the smart tips on each reservation.

I’ve done a test reservation and it shows my tip on each eventho I’m only the guest in of the reservations. So, exclude if the booker is on multiple rooms and only show the guest / owner in 1 of them.

Hi ​@ettore.zotarelli, most colleagues in my properties would find it most helpful to have the smarttip on the arrivals screen, and if possible via a bullit or icon on the product checklist
