Hey Mews Community, 🌟

Today, I wanted to share some inspiring stories about hotels that have completely transformed their operations by embracing technology. It’s always amazing to see how innovative solutions can make such a huge difference, not just for the staff but for the guests too.

Take Glampsource North Hatley, for instance. They used to run everything manually—handwritten notes, phone calls, the works. Can you imagine? Fast forward to now, and they’re managing everything on the cloud. The result? A 35% growth in business and a major reduction in OTA management workload.

Then there's Paradise Resort Gold Coast, where payment processing used to be a huge hassle. Thanks to Mews Payments, the team now saves hours every day. Guests can even choose how and when to pay, leading to faster check-ins and more upsells.

Samesun had their own set of challenges, relying heavily on on-premises systems that often crashed. Moving to a cloud-native solution was a game-changer. Now, their operations are streamlined, staff training is faster, and online check-ins are up by 7%.

Zien Group took a bold step by overhauling their entire business infrastructure. They got rid of manual processes, reduced front-house staff training from two weeks to just 15 hours, and even removed reception desks from three of their hotels. Talk about transformation!

And finally, Capsule Hotel Switzerland focused on making their guests' stay as convenient as possible. With self-serve kiosks, mobile keys, and automated payments, they’ve streamlined the check-in process to under two minutes, and chargebacks are a thing of the past.

These are just a few examples of how technology is reshaping the hospitality industry. It’s inspiring to see how these hotels took the leap and reaped the benefits.
