In today’s digital world, cyber threats are always evolving, and it's essential to protect your business, your data, and your guests. ️

Here are 7 simple tips to help keep your hospitality accounts safe:

1. Watch Out for Phishing Campaigns ️‍♂️
   Avoid clicking on fake links or login pages! Always type in the URL directly and double-check it before entering your details. Report anything suspicious to your IT team.

2. Use Strong, Unique Passwords
   Don’t reuse passwords! Make sure each one is unique and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for extra strength.

3. Use a Password Manager ️
   Store your passwords safely and generate strong ones with a password manager. You'll only need to remember one master password!

4. Turn on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

5. Keep an Eye on New Logins
   Enable alerts for new device logins to prevent unauthorized access. You’ll get notified every time someone logs in from an unknown device.

   Simplify your team's access by using SSO, where one login unlocks everything they need, reducing password-related risks.
