Hi, If do I understand it correct, always the newest inserted residence address is marked as primary address. Once the current primary address is deleted, then the 2nd newest address is re-marked as primary address.

OK - but if a client has several residences that they want you to maintain on file - you should then be able to determine which of them is the “default” = primary.
This should not be based on when you enter the data into the guests profile.
