Hello!

I have been using MEWS for a month now, and so far so good but I would like to ask if there was a way to setup the default filters in some reports. Or maybe to save the selected filters and create a report of your liking.

I know it’s possible to schedule exports, but it’s an excel sheet and when I’m having a look for some things I like to see it within MEWS, but then again, I always have to select the right filters every time.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Kind regards,

Sergi

I think the default filter would be good.

For example the onscreen Space-Status report is useful to us.

The exported excel report is not.

Agree 100%, it should save the last entered search filters.

Hi Sergi,

thank you for flagging this. There is an option to save reports and re-open them with the previously used filters, by using the custom links.

The article explaining how to use them is attached below:

https://help.mews.com/s/article/create-modify-or-delete-a-custom-link?language=en_US

Basically, you:

  1. create the report you’d like to save as a template,
  2. run it,
  3. copy the URL,
  4. and place it in the custom links option
    1. Burger Menu
    2. Settings
    3. Property,
    4. Custom links
  5. Next time you just navigate back to the custom links and copy/past it into a new tab

The custom links feature is currently available for Pro and Enterprise levels (https://www.mews.com/en/pricing

Let me know if this helps you further :)

That’s amazing! It works as I needed :)

Thanks for the quick answer.

Just to a small thing, the date also is saved with these method so it’s not really convenient yet. But at least the rest of the filters are oke!
