this is Stepan from Mews, I hope you are doing great! :) I had a look at our feedback page where this idea is already present and you can support it by an upvote or a comment. 😎
There is also an option to offer the online checkout for your guests as mentioned in the feature request. Once the user checks out online he or she receives the copy of the bill to their e-mail :)

Let’s see if someone from Mews community found another solution for example with Zapier as you have mentioned. ✌
