Good afternoon everyone,

Since our Mews launch, we have a direct connection with Booking.com to edit prices and availability. Before Mews, we worked with Cubilis as our channel manager. A few months ago, we decided to remove some of the roomtypes from the rooms offered on Booking.com.

Today, I want to reverse this, but when I check the calendar view on Booking.com, I noticed that the price is missing (see screenshot underneath). How can I fix this in Mews so that the rooms can be sold again?

As this is not expected behaviour, I would suggest you open a ticket with our Support Team via AdaBot, in order for the team to have a closer look at this. Thank you.


In the meantime we found the solution. There was something wrong with the settings with booking :)
