Good afternoon everybody,

In our hotel, we have a minibar in each room, and to track what guests have consumed, we currently ask them during check-out. However, I was wondering if there might be a report that allows me to review what guests have taken from the minibar in one place. The data for this should be entered into MEWS OPS by our housekeeping team (though it might not be correct, as currently, housekeepers are entering this information in the note box at the bottom of their screen when changing the status from dirty to clean). Is there a workflow available for doing this in the most effective way?
