I have a question about the groups in Mews.
Where in Mews can I get this information please :
number of rooms blocked VS number of rooms finaly booked
Ex : a group booking of 20rooms, at the end they send 18rooms on the rooming list → 2rooms are left and need to be released. Where can i see those 2rooms on a report please?

thank you for reaching out to the community! 
Actually there are two places that you can see the rooms that were not picked up, firstly I suggest to use the availability blocks, I am sending you an article about these, in case you want to learn more.
Then it would look like this:
Second option is checking the reservation report, I found a sample group reservation in my Demo, selected all the 4 reservations in the group, then I checked the Summary tab, where I can also see that 3 reservations happened and 1 was cancelled:
