• When the automatic settlement fails we are sending an email to the customer to update the card. This does not re-trigger the settlement, at the moment it is only doing it once per the set rules in rate group.

• Also when automatic settlement fails it sends an email to the property or creates a task on the dashboard, to action the failed settlement.

Is there a way to automate sending a payment link with predetermined text

• At the moment only the manual payment request link can have a predetermined text. Send a payment request by email (mews.com)

Also is there a rule to stop mews sending payment link for airbnb and agoda bookings.

Can I automate agoda virtual cards after they stay

• Yes, you can set up in rate groups multiple settlement rules for specific rate. Check more here: Set up payment automation (mews.com)
• it is important no note that if Agoda sends Virtual card with a reservation, Mews apply 2 hardcoded settlement rules. On arrival day, and the next day. How are the Virtual Credit Cards being charged? (mews.com)
