How can I have confirmation PDF to send to my clients? So far I can’t only download a pre invoice or a register document for the reception. And many of them wants the confirmation PDF without the rates, especially when it’s a Company booking or some agencies.

Currently, if you would like to share a PDF reservation overview with your guest, you can issue a proforma invoice. This document provides a detailed overview of the reservation, including rates; a proforma invoice is not a financial document and is intended solely for informational purposes.
At this time, there is no option to generate a confirmation without including rates. However, I see that this feature has been suggested on our Feedback forum. Please check it out and consider voting for it if you would find it useful. This page is reviewed weekly by our Product Managers, and we build our roadmap based on your feedback.
