Is there a way to Do an online check-in without having input card details? We are having issues where it is charging the guest card instead of a virtual card on the booking

Thank you for your question! 

We experienced a temporary issue where the guest card was charged instead of the VCC if there was a card added during online check-in. But I’m happy to report that this has been resolved as of yesterday. Everything is functioning normally now.

Please keep in mind that bookings made before the fix may still have payments scheduled to the incorrect card if the guest added their card through the guest portal. I recommend reviewing these bookings manually to ensure accuracy. All new bookings will be charged correctly moving forward.
