Hi everyone!
It’s my first month at Mews and I am getting crazy to prepare the end of the month reports. I am very surprised how difficult is to pull out basic KPIs such as occupancy %, revenue and room nights per channel/segment for a closed month. I still don’t understand why the reservations by source report doesn’t count the manual reservations.
I have checked Mews University and the discrepancies between the manager report and the reservations report… too much work that could be easily solved with a simple dashboard. Plus you need to run month by month if you wanna see how the pace is performing for the future. Personally I expected much more from Mews regarding KPIs. It’s definitely not at the same level of the rest of the platform. Just start with the basics!
I would appreciate some guidance to make the reporting process easier. Thanks!
