Hi everyone,
I have a question about the news app and its nottifications.
Some of our employees do recieve notifications about guest messages and some don't. They all have the option “recieve guest messages” enabled in their profile. They all have the newest IOS (16.3.1) but some of them don't even see mews under the settings. Any idea how to fix this?
It seems very random who gets the messages and who don't..
