Hello mewsters!

I have been struggling with for a long time: what would be the best way to manage apartments that are located in different addresses than our hoste/hotel? We currently have two separate mews “profiles” but it doesn’t seem to help. One of the problems is to send individual confirmation emails/arrival instructions. I know there is lot of PMS’s systems that can do this easily, but is there a way to do this with MEWS?

Before I suggest something, can you specify what you mean by the two separate Mews “profiles”?

My suggestion would be to have a separate bookable service for each of the apartments, not only one.

I got the same issue as we have added new apartments to our Hotel, but they have also a different address (roughly 2km away from the hotel).
What is the best away to handle this?
We want to show all our rooms & the new apartments in one list in the booking engine. But it must clearly show the different locations of the rooms (hotel) and the apartments.
Best would be to also show the locations in a integrated google maps in the booking engine.

But no one at mews can tell me how they did it this way.
