Hi all,

How do you manage the tracking of your rollaway beds / baby cots at your location?

We would like to find a way to associate the product with a reservation. To be noted, we only have a few of those on site and don’t always charge for their placement. 

Furthermore, the product report does not show which reservations have the product charged anyways.

How do you keep track with how many beds are already confirmed or placed into the rooms with Mews? At this time we are using an excel sheet. Creating the bookable service seem to confusing and not mistake-proof..

The same question we did sent to Mews Support a few weeks ago.

I will share the answer with you:

 

“Currently it is not possible to set up an inventory for the products. This is a feature request that you can vote for on our feedback page here. 

For now, we suggest that only staff should be able to add such items and track the number internally. “
