Hi, I can see how to reorder space categories but is it possible to reorder the actual spaces?
We use room names rather than types and would prefer if we could have specific rooms/spaces to be booked first so ordered first, but it does not seem possibe in the space set up to order them?

Thank you for raising this question. This is Ivan from Mews Support.

Mews system lists spaces starting with numbers first, in the order from lowest to highest, followed by spaces starting with letters, in alphabetical order from A - Z.

Also, it takes into consideration the floor number when assigning spaces, based on your bookable service Reservation assignment strategy.

There is no option to classify spaces based on internal preference. However, there are a couple of workarounds that may prove effective:

  • Using (fake) floor numbers: Distributing the spaces into different numerical floor numbers, based on preference.
  • Using numerical indexes: Adding a numerical prefix to the space name.
