Hi I’m new to the community.

I am looking to Integrate Mews with Sage Line50, has anyone done this? Can they give me any advice on how you have found the process.

Thanks,

Sharon

Hi Sharon

In my experience (which is with Sage Line100, not 50), you can build a so-called import template in Sage (https://gb-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200427112602351&hypermediatext=null).

1) In the easiest form, you could export the Mews accounting report, including the Sage accounts in the respective configuration of the Mews accounting categories and then import this into Sage (you will need to build a specific template for it in Sage). You could then schedule the accounting report to be sent to you automatically at the end of the month, once the editable history window has expired.

2) Omniboost can help you automate the export from Mews and probably provide it in the Sage standard form so that you don’t need to build an import template (https://omniboost.io/)

3) Your Sage vendor can probably help you to also make the import on Sage side automatically so that you don’t have to upload the file.
