When my head housekeeper is assigning rooms to the housekeeping team for cleaning she has to assign rooms for both checkouts and stays, checkouts take a lot more time then stays so she try’s to give the staff an equal amount of both but in the system there is no way to differentiate these so she has to do a manual process of figuring it out as there is not housekeeping report that can help with this either

Many thanks for reaching out with your questions! As ​@Robin Gustavsson mentioned, the Space Status Report is a valuable tool for housekeepers to efficiently manage room assignments. There are many ways to filter the report e.g departing, departed and departing, stayovers, etc. You can also create a report export schedule to be sent to an export target on a daily basis (available in advance and enterprise subscriptions). I have here a help guide that provides additional information on the Space Status Report - The Space status report

Alternatively, we also have the Mews App which is a full mobile solution that lets you serve your guests from anywhere you are. You can use the Mews app to reply to guests’ messages, handle spaces on your property, and manage your tasks.
