Is there a way to charge a credit card after the bill has been closed? Our guest checked out and then we had a report of incidental usage in the room. I checked them back in and do not have access to her credit card for incidentals. Thank you

Dear
Normally the credit card of the guests should be visible in the payments tab of their customer profile.
If allowed by their bank, you can charge their card for the amount needed.
If no card is stored, or the payment is declined, you can send them a payment request.
